In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.

Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).

Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. ManoMano brings to a highly technical world the power of its sector expertise, combined with that of data and digital in all its dimensions, to offer our customers easy access to innovative advice, products and services 100% online.

**MISSIONS**

ManoMano Italy is now enhancing its key account management.

In this context, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key sellers.

Scopes:

- You will manage and enhance relationships with key sellers.
- Focused on the DIY and gardening sector

The missions:

- You will be supporting key sellers in defining and implementing their roadmaps and operational projects targeted at increasing their sales in ManoMano.
- You will define performance objectives, providing guidance and encouraging growth within the key sellers' operations.
- You will coordinate, implement, and supervise projects and programs to maximize ManoMano's business volume and profitability in the short term.
- You will support key sellers at key moments: integration in other platforms,, important negotiations, difficulties, arbitration, annual reviews, etc.
- You will be responsible for defining the partnership strategy, road map, targets, and budget for key sellers.
- You have a 360° view of your sellers to be able to prioritize the most impactful initiatives on your portfolio and be supportive of strategic negotiations
- You will manage the day-to-day operations and performance of your portfolio.
- You will facilitate the collaboration and communication between technical and business teams.

**PROFILE**
- You are driven by the performance of sales targets, you know how to analyze them and draw up action plans to achieve your objectives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, being able to report and influence at a high level both internally and with sellers management
- Strong ability to define and drive a clear strategy for key seller partnerships in line with the company’s objectives
- Strong interest in the DIY sector and a general understanding of e-commerce challenges (UX, B2B, selection, delivery experience, competitors )
- Strong ability to innovate and identify new opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in breaking top deals
- Advanced analytical skills (including GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL is a plus) in full autonomy
- Strong ability to influence
- Excellent business sense and approach of getting things done
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- At ease in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- FLUENT in Italian
