**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:

- Responsible for managing and originating institutional client and prospect relationships in France and possibly Geneva
- Delivering the full capabilities of M&G as an investment manager partner to key client targets in these markets with a specific focus to private assets
- Proactively contributing to M&G France's institutional strategy
- Ensure that team processes and procedures are adhered to
- Develop internal relationships with product and fund management teams, understanding their focus areas and helping bring these to market in the region
- Develop deep knowledge of M&G's relevant funds, strategies and solutions and how to position these with relevant target clients
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.

- Investment knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, Real Assets, ESG and good understanding of / interest in the pension fund / institutional market, investment industry and competitive landscape
