About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales professional to join our team at Selby Jennings. As an Institutional Equity Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships with institutional investors across Europe, with a focus on France, UK, Benelux, Switzerland, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute a broad range of products, including ECM transactions, Private Placements, Private Debt & Hybrids, and other investment opportunities to institutional clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and trading team to execute investors' orders and provide coverage to worldwide institutions.
  • Provide thought-leading research and insights to clients, leveraging the expertise of our team of over 20 analysts.

Requirements

  • Between 2-7 years' experience in sales/distribution role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a strong network of non-conventional investors, particularly in Continental Europe.
  • Fluent French and English speaker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive approach to opening new client relationships.
