We are now looking for a **Service Sales Manager **to join our team in **Rungis, France **.

**What can you expect?**
- To identify and secure new business and new customers in both Cooling and Power by promoting VERTIV products and services
- Support the strategy of contracts sales with direct sales of contracts or, in case a contracts sales team exists in the region, fostering synergies and cross-selling
- Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of VERTIV Service abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities
- Ensure price optimization across the sales organization
- Ensure/supervise on the implementation of the Service Global and EMEA product portfolio locally
- Cooperate with the Service Operations function to ensure seamless orders and contracts handover and a disciplined use of ERP systems
- Provide timely and reliable yearly, monthly and weekly orders forecasts
- Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters.
- Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that the Company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business operations
- Develop integration and co-operation between Customer Engineers, supervisors and Service Sales Team
- Establish and maintain cooperation with all other sales organizations w/in VERTIV promoting cross-selling
- Comply with the Company's ITC policy.

**In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Educational Background
- Technical engineering preferably
- Language skills
- Fluent English
- Other languages are a plus
- Technical / Functional skills
- 3 years of Service sales preferably in an industry related to critical infrastructure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attitudes
- Customer and sales orientated
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Drive and self-motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required
- Available to travel within the assigned territory
