We are now looking for a **Inside Service Sales Account
- New Contract **to join our team in **Rungis, France **.

**What can you expect?**
- Actively sells New Contracts to end users, installers and other possible clients aiming at achieving a personal sales target.
- To assure to reach the budget in terms of Service Revenues by driving the business in the assigned area. Assures the execution of all the controls prescribed by I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of products (also HQ/SW), services, systems and technologies Vertiv in total or composed by parts produced in USA. ITC Regulation Grading: Medium.
**What will your average day look like?**
- Actively identify potential Contracts customers and create leads also to be distributed to the rest of the Sales force
- Nurture customer relationships with key Contracts accounts
- Prepare quotes on CRM, follow up customers ,close orders.
- Provide back office support to other Sales colleagues when they deal with Contracts
- Be a local reference for data consistency in Oracle and cooperate with central Marketing to resolve pricing issues
- Ensure that all information to manage the order properly are duly available and entered in the system
- Ensure that customer requested dates entered in the system are accurate and reflect as much as possible the real customer needs.
- Proactive in Contracts sales, renewal ,upgrade activity support.
- Disciplined phoning activity for new contracts sales.
- Use CRM when preparing customer offers
- Assist investigating Customer Invoice disputes through to their resolution
- Utilize pricelist and comply with discount rules.
- To actively manage and develop client network & relationship so as to maximize sales potential and develop Service business.
- To interact actively with Contractors, End user and Colleagues (dept. & cross-dept.)
- To provide monthly sales reports activity, forecasts, detailed job list advising status and likely timing or order placement.
- To make reference market analysis in terms of tendencies, positioning opportunities and competitors
- To cooperate to the management and credit controlling in relation to the competence area
- To cooperate to the claim management with Service Dept. Individual Contracts Revenue per year 2,5M€.
