We are now looking for a **Service Sales Account - Non-Contract **to join our team in **Rungis, France **.

**Essential Job Functions
- Actively sells New Contracts to end users, installers and other possible clients aiming at achieving a personal sales target;
- To assure to reach the budget in terms of Service Revenues by driving the business in the assigned area; Assures the execution of all the controls prescribed by I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of products (also HQ/SW), services, systems and technologies Vertiv in total or composed by parts produced in USA. ITC Regulation Grading: Medium.

**Key Duties
- Actively identify potential Contracts customers and distribute leads to Sales;
- Manage CRM quotes, customer follow-ups, and order closures;
- Provide back-office support to Sales colleagues;
- Be a local reference for data consistency in Oracle and cooperate with central Marketing to resolve pricing issues;
- Maintain accurate order information and customer-requested dates;
- Support Contracts sales, renewals, and upgrades proactively;
- Conduct disciplined phone outreach for new contracts;
- Assist in resolving Customer Invoice disputes and adhere to pricing guidelines;
- Maximize sales potential and develop client relationships;
- Interact with Contractors, End users, and colleagues across departments; To cooperate to the claim management with Service Dept.

**In order to be successful in this role you will need to have
**Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- **Qualifications**:at least High School Diploma (preferably in Accountancy or similar);
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English;
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building;
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communications;
- Commercially astute with good negotiations skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Technical details understanding; Conversant with Microsoft Excel, CRM, and Oracle.
