IT Support Technician (M/F) - Paris

CONTEXTE*

En tant que "Technicien Support IT", vous déployez et administrez les ressources nécessaires au périmètre utilisateur équipements IT, des salles de réunions, copieurs, Wifi, etc.
Vous respectez les règles et procédures internes de l’entreprise, mais aussi celles des contrats passés avec les fournisseurs et les contrats de service.
Vous animerez un point de rencontre avec les utilisateurs afin d’être au plus près d’eux, de leurs problèmes afin de permettre une résolution plus rapide des micro-incidents et de transmettre les bons usages.
**MISSION**
- Fournir un support informatique pour les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les périphériques, les systèmes téléphoniques et les appareils cellulaires
- Identifier, gérer et résoudre les problèmes décrits par les utilisateurs en temps opportun dans le respect du niveau de services
- Gérer les incidents et maintenir les infrastructures en condition opérationnelle
- Fournir les outils les plus adaptés pour augmenter la productivité des utilisateurs
- Animer des points de présence dans nos locaux pour être à l’écoute et répondre aux utilisateurs
- Mettre à jour les procédures d’exploitation
- Configurer, installer et maintenir le parc informatique
- Gérer les projets avec succès dans les délais et dans les limites du budget
- Gérer le stock du matériel informatique
- Contacter et négocier les prix auprès des fournisseurs

PROFIL*
- Bac +3 en informatique systèmes & réseaux
- Maîtrise des outils d’administration : Active Directory, déploiement d’image, Messagerie Office 365 & Sharepoint
- Maîtrise du déploiement/l’installation de machines et de logiciels et du support hardware
- Connaissances des protocoles réseaux : TCP/IP, Ethernet
- Bonne maitrise des systèmes d’exploitation Linux et Windows
- Bonne communication et ayant le sens du service
- Pratique de l’anglais courant à l’écrit comme à l’oral pour échanger avec nos collègues internationaux

**C’est encore mieux si**:

- Vous avez des notions sur les méthodologies telles que ITIL
- Vous avez un intérêt prononcé pour la sécurité
- Vous êtes calme et posé
