**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to support our EMEA Partnerships team in effectively managing relationships with external stakeholders.
This **hybrid **role will be based out of our Paris office.
**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Support the Partnerships team with operational tasks, management of administrative processes, and cross-functional projects.
- Ensure new product launches, retailer events and cascade all necessary go-to-market tools.
- Contribute to the execution of account openings and new retailer launch plans.
- Collect and manage various requests from our retailers: new line forms, product information, visuals, pricing, sending of samples, and digital resources.
- Assist in developing and coordinating Trade animation plans to achieve our objectives (example of partners we work with Sephora, Douglas, Galeries Lafayette, etc.).
- In collaboration with the Brand team, manage and coordinate asset requests for marketing activation plans.
- Support in account reporting and analysis (orders, sales, product performance, conversion rates, average basket, etc.).
- Follow-up of orders and deliveries in close collaboration with the logistics team.
- Contribute to updating sales forecasts.
- Regular monitoring of partners and competitors (benchmark)
- Managing our distribution inquiries, helping to identify suitable new partnership possibilities.
- Communication with key external contacts and liaising with the internal team and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Entry-level position, relevant education, or first corporate work experience in sales/business is an asset.
- With a strong interest in skincare.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Problem solver, negotiator, and ability to take ownership.
- Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment.
- Excellent organization skills, demonstrating accuracy and detail orientation is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of team members across various departments.
- Excellent knowledge of the office pack with a strong suit for Excel and Google Slides/Google Sheets.
