**Le poste**:
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients (grand groupe de produits d'entretien et de soin) un **Account Director** qui sera l'interlocuteur privilégié du client et s'assurera du bon fonctionnement du studio. L'Account Director travaillera main dans la main avec le Creative Director, sera responsable de la supervision des chefs de projet et de la bonne livraison des contenus.

**Missions**:

- Superviser le développement des différentes campagnes 360 de communication, en collaboration avec le client.
- Assurer un rôle de « Brand Guardian » sur différentes marques.
- Travailler avec le Client Services Director et le Head of Operations pour optimiser les process et apporter des solutions le cas échéant.
- Analyser l'efficacité des campagnes.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance pour le studio.
- Superviser, en partenariat avec le Creative Director, une équipe de 12 personnes.

**Profil recherché**:

- 4 ans d'expérience minimum en agence créative, incluant une experience de management d'équipe.
- Excellentes capacités de leadership et de précision d'un point de vue financier et stratégique pour s'assurer de la forte croissance du compte.
- Proactif et agile, vous êtes capable d'influencer les clients et de construire une solide relation clientèle.
- Francophone, avec une bonne maitrise de la langue anglaise, écrite et orale.
- Idéalement fort d'une expérience dans l'industrie de la grande consommation.

Une expérience en tant que Senior Chef de Projet ou Senior Account Manager qui souhaite évoluer sur un poste de direction aussi la bienvenue.
