Dans le cadre de l’expansion de notre partenaire, un grand groupe international de la Food Tech, **Bruce recrute des Sales - Outbound H/F à Paris (75) pour contribuer à sa croissance dynamique. Prêt(e) à relever le défi ?**

**Le poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Outbound pour rejoindre notre partenaire en pleine expansion dans le secteur Grocery & Retail. En tant que Sales Outbound, vous serez un acteur clé de l’activation des magasins partenaires et de l’accélération de la croissance de l’entreprise.

**Vos missions**:
En tant que Sales Outbound, vous aurez un rôle stratégique dans le développement des ventes. Voici ce que vous ferez au quotidien:

- Gérer le cycle de vente complet : De la prospection à froid (cold calling) à la négociation et au closing des contrats avec des magasins partenaires sous grandes enseignes.
- Développer et enrichir votre portefeuille clients : Activer de nouveaux magasins pour intégrer la solution, principalement via de la prospection directe (porte-à-porte).
- Analyser l’environnement client : Identifier et prioriser les magasins à potentiel dans votre secteur pour maximiser vos résultats.
- Conduire des négociations commerciales : Vous serez en charge des négociations musclées avec les responsables de magasins, tout en respectant les objectifs commerciaux.
- Suivre et optimiser les reportings commerciaux : Utiliser les outils nécessaires pour suivre vos résultats et booster votre pipeline.

- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et capable de gérer un pipeline commercial avec des objectifs clairs.
- Vous parlez anglais (niveau B2/C1) pour pouvoir échanger avec des équipes internationales et comprendre les termes techniques.
