**Description du poste**:
Inside an International Partner Sales Rep team, as the preferred contact person for B2B Mid-Market leads and customers, you manage the sales process from the moment you contact prospect to the moment you receive the PO from your privileged partner. Your main function is to turn our leads into satisfied and sustainable customers.

**In other words**:

- Qualify incoming requests from lead generation activities MQL (Demo/Contact requests, ChatRobot, Webinars, Events, Website )
- Propose solutions that meet the immediate expectations of leads and customers;
- Providing prompt and responses to all customers and partners
- Prepare quotations, follow the sales contact until signature; you are guarantor (e)
- Maintain up-to-date prospect/customer data in the CRM;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners in parallel to achieve goals.
- Manage sales cycle by your own in collaboration with Partners
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Update your dashboard and know how to manage your pipe and measure your Kpis
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and the general conditions of sale, of which you are the guarantor.Schedule and conduct webinars and product demonstrations remotly
You participate in the life of a team, are proactive and you are involved in the development of the company.
Quickly autonomous, you respect your commitments and have a strong sense of the teamwork.
Lead discovery and qualification discussions to uncover needs and recommend solutions. You are a hunter and are not scared of going above and beyond yourself.

**Profil recherché**:

- Commercial training BTS MUC/ NRC minimum or beyond, you are above all a fanatic (e) business development and customer relations.
- You combine obvious business qualities with flawless operational rigor.
- You have a first commercial experience (ideally in B2B) that allowed you to master the techniques of qualification and transformation of leads.
- You like interpersonal contacts and have a great deal of relational ease, a great ability to adapt and a strong listening skill.
- Results oriented, you like more than any challenge.
