**Job description**:
The position of CSM is crucial to Veesion's success: you will be the key to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will handle onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction for the **Dutch market**.

The objective? Maximize customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty, so you'll have to anticipate the friction points they might have by taking into account the customer's use of the product.

Your role at Veesion will be to:

- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer dashboard.
- Help with the organization and distribution of the team's tasks
- Create customer documents (instructional sheets, documents and internal processes)

**Your profile**:

- You are eager to join a young, dynamic and ambitious startup
- You know how to work independently, be proactive and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have a good critical sense, you like to analyze problems and find solutions.
- You speak **Dutch** and **English** (C1)
