As part of its strong European growth, Energy One is recruiting an **Account Manager** with focus for its European products and it’s gas & power software & service clients.

We are a service provider for European power and gas market players (producers, suppliers, traders ). We build and offer a software platform (SaaS) for market operations automation and offer a 24/7 operational dispatching service allowing our clients to delegate all or part of their market activities to us.

**Your Mission**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Europe, you will be based in Europe with offices in Aalst (Belgium) and Paris. This role can be remote based but it will be expected especially in the onboarding phase (3 to 6 month) being regularly in our Aalst and Paris offices to meet the team and learn collaborating with them.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Be the entry point for all no technical topics and questions for the client
- Learn products & services offered by Energy One
- Present and transform new developments and products to the client
- Be responsible for up-sells to clients
- Work closely with Business Analysts, 24/7 operations team & IT to offer our clients the best solutions
- Negotiate new contracts and amendments with support from the Sales team
- Work closely with the Energy One Account Managers and Sales Executives for cross-selling opportunities

**Your Profile**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B sales/account management, ideally SaaS within the energy space
- Excellent relationship manager with bachelor or master’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experiences
- Able to negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures
- Familiar with MS-Office, CRM (HubSpot) and other software used in the industry (e. g. Atlassian)
- Very good communication skills in English (any other language skills are a plus)
- Be willing to travel to client sites throughout Europe and the UK
