**Who you will work with - Business Infrastructure Services**:
The mission of Business Infrastructure Services, part of Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS), is to develop and govern the IT services within the Digital Workplace, Digital Identity, and Core Infrastructure areas, while ensuring their delivery and effective usage throughout the entire Volvo Group. As many of these services are delivered by partners, the mission will focus on governing and controlling these partners, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo. We are now seeking a great team player to join our family as a **Service Leader** within the strategically important **Digital Identity** team. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally while being a key part of a highly skilled and experienced team responsible for the **Identity and Access Management** (IAM) services at Volvo Group, and will be accountable for the strategy, development, and operations of several of those services.

**The services under your responsibility are**:

- Identity Governance and Administration for Volvo’s customers, suppliers, and dealers.
- Consumer IAM, including the rollout of Entra B2C at Volvo Group.

**Role mission & context**

Volvo Group IT has a strategic goal to strengthen the Identity and Access Management area, with focus on providing more modern solutions to our users and Application Development teams, increasing IT security, and standardizing on common, off-the-shelf platforms.

Your mission is to ensure that the services within your portfolio are developed according to Volvo Group’s IT strategy and target architecture and delivered and operated according to contracted supplier obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set the strategic direction, long-term plan, and roadmap for your services.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the services in your scope of work.
- Accountable for development, innovation, and automation of your services, being sponsor and chairman of projects steering committees.
- Coordinate supplier deliveries and manage collaboration between Volvo and suppliers.
- Coach, guide and support consumers of your services at Volvo Group in adoption.
- Oversee management of service incidents & problems with the supplier, notably handling of related escalations.
- Follow up on SLAs and report quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of the services delivered by the supplier(s).
- Financial, contractual, and commercial management of services.
- Forecast, budget, and follow-up on volumes and total operational costs.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers about new/modified services and related terms and conditions.
- Secure compliance of services with corporate standards, directives, and architectural principles.

**General Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executives, and teams in a multicultural and global environment.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for technology and the ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
- Ability to meet deadlines and goals without direct, day-to-day supervision.
- Ability to work in an international team with colleagues that have diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Very strong competence and long experience from the end user services and cybersecurity areas, specifically within Identity and Access Management
- Experience in managing relationship and negotiations with IT supplier(s)
