**The Sales Operations Intern Role**:
As a Sales Operations Intern, your role will be to work closely with the Global Head of Sales Operations, and the broader commercial team, to continue enhancing SESAMm’s sales processes. Your role will be crucial in helping SESAMm scale and onboard new sales and Business Development team members 2023.

You will be joining a rapidly expanding team early in its growth cycle, which means you will have an opportunity to shape the team’s culture.

**Key Activities**:

- Sales Operations
- Focused projects to improve the Hubspot CRM for Sales
- Ongoing maintenance of CRM data quality and process improvement
- Working with Head of Sales Operations to analyze target markets
- Working with Business Development to enhance the lead generation process

**Desired Background and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Degree level, ideally finance/economics related, or Engineering degree

**Experience**:

- A first internship experience, ideally in the finance or technology sectors

**Skills**:

- Some experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot) is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Fluent English language
