At Echo Analytics, we work with companies from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.
**_ What do we do?_**
We provide companies with fuel to power their products with high-quality geospatial-based datasets. We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build the most comprehensive geospatial datasets and insights available in Europe and rapidly expanding.
Echo partners with companies from multiple industries such as retail, mobility, smart-cities, real-estate, advertising, market-research, financial services.
**The opportunity**
We are building an Operations Excellence team and our Operations internship is a unique experience for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in operations while contributing to the creation of this new department.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to our operations team's success and work closely with our international sales department
**As such, your main responsibilities will be**:
- Collaborating with the Operations Managers to identify the needs of our teams, including data, tools, and processes, to help us achieve our business objectives
- Taking an active role in the day-to-day management of our CRM database (HubSpot), including data entry and updates
- Ensuring that our CRM system maintains compliance, consistency, and data validity through diligent oversight
- Implementing data governance practices to uphold data accuracy and integrity
- Developing user-friendly training materials and documentation to support effective tool usage
- Keeping user guides and best practice documentation current and easily accessible
- Providing technical support to users by answering questions, resolving problems, and proposing suitable solutions
**What do we look for?**
- A passion for technology and curiosity about discovering and automating processes
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Empathy and active listening skills, enabling effective communication with diverse teams
- Familiarity with Excel and prior experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of tools like Make or Zapier is a plus
- Second-gap-year or end-of-studies internship from an engineering or business school
