Intégré(e) à notre équipe commerciale et formé(e) à nos process de vente, vous serez le premier Sales Operations Manager de l’équipe soit le responsable de tous les rouages de notre machine Sales pour que les commerciaux Sur-performent. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec le directeur commercial France autour des missions suivantes:

- Amélioration du set up de nos outils commerciaux (Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau, Hubspot, similar web) pour rendre possible la collection des données et l’analyse de ces dernières
- Interconnection des outils pour maintenir l’entreprise à la pointe
- Production de reportings et de radars permettant une prise de décision et une action rapide du directeur commercial et des commerciaux
- Etre le point de support privilégié des équipes commerciales, pour comprendre et cadrer leurs besoins business et les traduire en stratégie de déploiement opérationnel
- Être force de proposition sur l’amélioration des process sales (outils, best practices)

**Requirements**:

- École de commerce ou école d’ingénieur
- Expérience en sales operations / operations / gestion de projet transverse
- Appétence pour la donnée et l’amélioration continue des process
- Qualités relationnelles, capacité à interagir avec une variété d’interlocuteurs
- Autonome et proactif
- Connaissance de Salesforce
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
