Poste(s) et missions:
Pour l’un de nos clients de premier plan dans la transformation digitale, nous recherchons plusieurs Service Delivery Managers H/F.

Vous avez exercé des fonctions opérationnelles de Delivery Manager chez un infogérant ou au sein d’une direction de la production d'un grand compte et vous souhaitez évoluer vers des fonctions de Service Delivery Manager.

Vous aurez en charge un ou plusieur(s) projet(s) de delivery SAP, Cybersécurité, Cloud, réseau.

Vous serez l'interface entre le client et le Centre de Services managés dans le respect des normes, des règles et des procédures.

Votre mission:

- Assurer la gestion de la relation client et la satisfaction client.
- Piloter les projets.
- Respecter les engagements contractuels.
- Garantir la qualité de service.
- Encadrer et animer les équipes qui interviennent sur votre périmètre.
- Assurer le respect et la mise en œuvre des procédures.
- Préparer et animer les COPIL.
- Mettre en place le reporting interne et externe.
- Analyser et exploiter les indicateurs.
- Négocier les extensions de service.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction commerciale.
- Maîtriser le métier de l'exploitation de systèmes d'information et infrastructures (Cloud, SAP, réseau,...).
- Accompagner les parties prenantes dans leur industrialisation et transformation.
- Reporter régulièrement (suivi des incidents / problèmes, SLAs, indicateurs de performance, avancement des plans de progrès, comités techniques, etc...).

Profil(s) recherché(s):
Formation supérieure en informatique (Bac +5 / Ecole d'ingénieur/Grande école).

Expérience : 10 ans

Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en qualite de Service Delivery Manager.

Vous maîtrisez ITIL et l'anglais. Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un contexte international (Near shore / offshore).

Connaissance du Cloud et/ou de SAP et/ou du réseau indispensable(s).

Vous êtes force de proposition, autonome, rigoureux et vous communiquez aisément auprès d'interlocuteurs différents. Vous aimez relever des challenges. Au delà de vos compétences techniques, votre relationnel et votre sens du service seront les garants de votre réussite.
