THE ROLE

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for our new Marketing Director, a fragrance expert that is passionate about products innovations and product development in the luxury field.

We search for a proactive and creative Marketing Director willing to be part of the exciting adventure to build and develop MARNI, a new brand for Coty. Innovative and multifaceted, MARNI celebrates individuality through an unpredictable visual language of graphic rigor. Marni is a state of mind, a playful spirit, combined with an experimental approach to materials and colors and a unique flair for mixing prints and shapes. Join the Marni family to develop premium beauty offerings that bring the Fashion House’s visual style and value.

Beauty junky, solution driven, digital savvy, the future Director is also rigorous, business driven and good team player to reinvent fragrance products strategy and portfolio in a competitive fragrance environment.

Partnering with the Fashion house, we are looking for a client-oriented mind that loves attention to details.

The role consists in building the global brand strategy on products innovation and products messages as well as marketing materials. The Director will also help to lead local implementation of the products launch strategy, working closely with the markets to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the products and its target audiences.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Define the 3Y INNOVATION PLAN of the brand Define the useful support elements to achieve successful new product launch, in connection with the markets and the Trade Marketing, according to the timing and the quality. In charge of the development with the support teams of 360° campaign (digital, PR, merchandising, education ) Responsible for the products P&L Prepare the Marketing launch package Manage the Marketing team Manage the relationship with the license to build strong coherent plans Spearhead products innovation and partner with external agencies & internal expert teams Define, track & achieve KPIs for all launches Lead, coach, drive and develop a team Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments Track, analyze, and monitor results, identifying key insights to optimize products strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge) 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred Between 10 and 15 years of relevant products development experience at global level Strongly prefer Global Marketing experience in Fragrance

- Business savvy, originality, intuition, digital oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas Experience working within a global scope Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry Proficiency in English
