- Work alongside brilliant marketers with a proven track record of success in the worlds of e-commerce and NFTs

- Share your ideas and execute them at the highest standards
- Overseeing and guiding various marketing channels for our high-end online store
- Heading our media buying and influencer marketing efforts
- Establishing monthly targets and outlining the specific outcomes required to meet them
- Ensuring seamless operations within the Marketing Department
- Developing fresh strategies and recruiting personnel to implement them
- Collaborating closely with the Finance team and Supply Chain Department to synchronize corporate objectives and operations
- Assuming responsibility for ongoing content creation, innovative ideas, and experimentation techniques
- Spearheading efforts to expand the reach of the brand.

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Proven track record of working with successful e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge in testing daily content, optimizing and scaling for maximum ROI.
- Passion for achieving high results and rapid growth.
- Experience in building e-commerce brands from 7 figures to 8 figures.
- Ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure their success.
- Passion for creating engaging and creative content, and the ability to build and lead a powerful content team.
