Gérer, développer et nourrir un portefeuille de clients
Être un vrai levier de croissance à travers l’upsell
Développer au quotidien des relations solides avec les utilisateurs et les décideurs
Contribuer au développement direct de notre produit en remontant les retours des clients aux équipes techniques et produits
Maintenir un niveau de satisfaction client élevé

Vous possédez une expérience de quelques années dans la vente, ou en tant que chargé.e de relation client, ou encore en tant que juriste.
Vous êtes à l'aise dans la communication orale et écrite, et parlez un français de trés bon niveau.
**Niveau de rémunération**: Environ 40-60 par an (fixe+variable)
Politique de télétravail trés flexible (jusquà 3 j/s)
