Nous recherchons maintenant notre **:Talent Acquisition and HR Projects Apprentice**. Rattaché à notre Head of Talent, vous intégrerez l'équipe HR.

Le rythme d'alternance recherché pour ce poste est de: 4j au Bureau/1j en formation ou 3 semaines bureau/ 1 semaine en formation

**Que vas tu faire**:

- Être responsable du processus de recrutement de bout en bout des stagiaires et alternants chez Lydia ;
- Publier les descriptions de poste sur nos différents jobboards ;
- Suivre le process de recrutement de A à Z ;
- Suivre les objectifs de recrutements et les différents KPI associés ;
- Être le point de contact pour toutes les questions de stages et alternances ;
- Développer des relations avec les écoles/universités ;
- Construire une communauté de stagiaires au sein de Lydia ;
- Participation à des projets RH transverses.

**Vous êtes au bon endroit si**:

- Vous recherchez une alternance d'un an à partir de septembre 2024 ;
- Vous disposez d’une première expérience en ressources humaines ;
- Vous êtes une personne enthousiaste avec une approche pragmatique du travail ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication, vous êtes humble et vous aimez partager et apprendre des autres ;
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais.
