We are looking for a Communications Lead for a major brand, who will be responsible for the definition, development and implementation of the communications plan and its disruptive assets
(through influence, PR, events, social media activations and the amplification of the advocacy strategy). Help to create the global strategy for product launches, brand campaigns and initiatives and work closely with international markets to protect the brand’s image and reputation at a global level. After an initiative, collect all earned coverage with an ROI analysis to continue to further increase brand exposure, strengthen brand image and develop consumer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the communications strategy for the categories and each product launch
- Develop product & brand awareness & consideration amongst influencers by developing influencer content creation, events, seeding and local guidelines for influencer events & content creations
- Develop and implement influence conversion strategies for the category (livestreaming, social commerce) within the brand DNA
- Profile & monitor the influencers for the category, provide insights & guidance to ensure product loyalty and fashion fit
- Define the amplification of the brand advocacy strategy with a tribe approach
- Define the amplification of the earned content on the brand social channels strategy working closely with social media project manager
- Manage international events & guide countries during local events with strong attention to detail
- Manage all communications assets for the category - product related press dossiers/releases, master interviews, Q&As with experts, event guidelines, behind the scenes etc.
- Manage ambassadors (such as egeries) strategy & activations: overall PR & social strategy, beauty shoots, PR days, interviews, event attendances, agent management, shooting coordination
- Coordinate constantly with countries to ensure guidelines are rolled-out, assets are developed in line and used, and fashion approval process is followed
- Consolidate communications coverage and audience feedback & follow, update and analyze
KPI dashboards to provide action-oriented engagement reports and performance analysis
- Manage communications budget
- Manage administrative tasks together with the communications assistant (ensure follow-up
DED, re-invoicing, product orders.
