**International Customer Success Manager, German speaking (m/w/d)**
**Aufgaben**
- Verwaltung eines Kundenportfolios und langfristige Kundenbindung (vom Onboarding bis zur Vertragsverlängerung, einschließlich der Kundenzufriedenheit).
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Entwicklung, dem Benchmarking und der Umsetzung von Innovationsstrategien mit Hilfe deines Produktwissens (Definition von Use Cases, Empfehlungen für Produktkonfigurationen, Workshops, kundenübergreifende Rollouts, etc.).
- Sicherstellung der Vertragsverlängerung mit den Kunden und der Entwicklung von Accounts (Up-Selling).
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Einführung der Lösung in ihren Unternehmen durch die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Strategien für den Erfolg (Austausch von Best Practices und Methoden, Präsentation des Mehrwerts für das Unternehmen, Integration neuer Teams, Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen usw.).
- Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen zu Sponsoren und Branchenvertretern, proaktive Kommunikation und Nutzung der richtigen internen Ressourcen um ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis schaffen
- In deiner Funktion agierst du als Schnittstelle zum Kunden und treibst den Verkaufsprozess und die Produktplanung voran
**Profil**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten B2B-Position (SaaS-, Beratungs
- oder Innovationserfahrung in Unternehmen wären von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse der SaaS-Branche und ein starkes Interesse an Unternehmensinnovationen
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau (in Wort & Schrift) mit guten Englisch
- und Französischkenntnissen
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen, mit einer engagierten Einstellung und einer echten Problemlösungsmentalität
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, mit verschiedenen Interessensgruppen (von der Führungsebene bis hin zu operativen Teams) souverän umzugehen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement in großen Organisationen, die dazu beitragen, Veränderungen in verschiedenen Gruppen zu bewirken, indem du wichtige Partner einbeziehst
- Du arbeitest als vertrauenswürdiger Berater und löst die Probleme deiner Kunden mit Takt, Diplomatie und Optimismus
- Du zeichnest dich im Kundenservice durch deine professionelle Einstellung und deine besondere Aufmerksamkeit für Details aus
