Au sein de l’équipe Customer Journeys d’AXA Partners Holding, nous recherchons **notre futur Customer Engagement Manager H/F **dans le cadre d’un CDD de 7 mois.

Vous aurez un rôle clé de valorisation, de partage et d’engagement autour de la notion de « customer first » au sein d’AXA Partners

Vous travaillerez avec l’ensemble de l’équipe Customer Journeys ainsi que les équipes locales pour favoriser les synergies, la connaissance et la compréhension des éléments phares de l’expérience client, ainsi que de renforcer le sentiment d’appartenance et de responsabilité autour de l’amélioration des parcours clients et l’implémentation de solutions innovantes.

Vous aurez pour principales missions:

- Etre en charge du partage des bonnes pratiques et assurer la mise en œuvre de synergies notamment en valorisant le travail effectué par la communication interne et externe, par l’organisation d’évènements de partages réguliers, et en participant activement au travail de formalisation et de valorisation des solutions mises en œuvre
- Animer la communauté des différents acteurs de l’innovation et optimisation des parcours clients par le biais d’évènements réguliers de partage, de valorisation et d’échange
- Implémenter et adapter le plan d’engagement et de valorisation de l’amélioration des parcours clients
- Représenter de manière transverse les enjeux de l’optimisation du parcours clients et valoriser le travail effectué en participant à des projets transverses, et en représentant la voix du parcours client dans le cadre de réponse à des appels d’offre globaux

**Votre Profil** Profil recherché**:

- Vous avez l’habitude des organisations internationales et appétence à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
- Vous avez une expérience probante en Management transversall
- Vous avez une expérience d’environnement multinationaux et/ou dans le conseil est un plus

Compétences Techniques:

- Change management
- Communication
- Animation de communauté

Savoir être:

- Adaptabilité
- Excellente communication orale et écrite (anglais & français)
- Capacité de synthèse
