**TA DREAM TEAM**:
Au sein du département New Business, tu auras pour missions clés:

- Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour l'agence en utilisant diverses méthodes de prospection (réseautage, recherche en ligne, événements, etc.)
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et existants
- Élaborer des propositions commerciales personnalisées et convaincantes pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients, négocier et conclure de nouveaux contrats
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (création, stratégie, production, etc.) pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et la réussite des projets
- Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes publicitaires pour optimiser les résultats et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
- La coordination avec le réseau et les partenaires du groupe Ogilvy & WPP, en France comme à l’international

**WANTED**:

- Diplôme en marketing, communication, publicité ou domaine connexe
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, de préférence au sein d'une agence de publicité
- You are fluent in english
- Solides compétences en négociation et persuasion
- Connaissance approfondie des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de publicité et de marketing
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
