Description du poste

Au sein de la Direction du Développement RH, vous intégrez notre équipe Ressources Humaines (70 personnes) dont l’ambition est de faire de Wavestone un employeur de référence durable sur le marché du conseil en France et à l’international.

Dans un contexte de** forte croissance** de Wavestone au sein d’un **secteur ultra-concurrentiel**, vous participez au **développement du cabinet** en apportant votre valeur ajoutée. Vous déclinez notre stratégie RH et accompagnez, tout au long de leur expérience, les talents qui rejoignent Wavestone ainsi que leur manager. Vous intervenez ainsi sur les opérations RH d’un périmètre de Wavestone (une practice en France, une équipe fonctionnelle ou l’un de nos bureaux à l’international dans le cadre de son développement).

Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- ** Bien intégrer les nouveaux talents**

C’est pourquoi votre rôle est de garantir la qualité de l’intégration des nouvelles recrues de votre périmètre opérationnel (plus d’une cinquantaine d’arrivées par an). Vous animez l’ensemble du processus d'intégration et êtes force de proposition pour le maintenir au meilleur niveau dans un contexte d'hybridation du travail. Vous participez aux entretiens RH et au suivi des périodes d’essai, en lien avec le management du périmètre.
- ** Concevoir et déployer des processus RH de qualité**

Interlocuteur.rice RH privilégié.e des collaborateur.rice.s de votre périmètre et leurs managers, vous entretenez avec ces équipes une relation de proximité qui vous permet de traiter une pluralité de problématiques en toute confiance. Vous avez ainsi une très bonne perception du climat RH et êtes force de proposition auprès des équipes de management.

Vous participez activement à la réussite des processus RH de votre périmètre en produisant des reportings RH (élaboration de tableaux de bord, suivi des indicateurs de performance RH ). Vous intervenez en particulier sur les sujets de politique salariale, revues de talents, situations à risque ou encore de formation. Vous communiquez ces actions et résultats auprès des équipes de management RH mais aussi des collaborateur.rice.s pour les fédérer.
- ** Gérer des projets de développement RH à forte valeur ajoutée**

En parallèle de vos activités opérationnelles, vous concevez et menez des initiatives contribuant au développement et à la fidélisation des talents en fonction des constats faits au contact des équipes. Vous participez à des projets à l’échelle de votre périmètre mais aussi du cabinet sur des thématiques transverses (communication RH, onboarding, formation, politique salariale, évaluation, SIRH ). Certains de ces projets sont d’envergure internationale et nécessitent de collaborer avec l’ensemble des bureaux de Wavestone.

Dans le cadre du Wavestone Horizon (parcours d’évolution de carrière), notre volonté est de vous permettre de développer un socle de compétences très variées autour d’un savoir-faire RH afin de vous faire évoluer rapidement vers des niveaux de contribution de plus en plus importants. C’est pourquoi votre périmètre a vocation à être très évolutif. D’autre part, compte tenu des forts enjeux de développement de Wavestone à l’international, vous pourrez être amené.e à réaliser une mobilité à durée déterminée ou indéterminée dans l’un des bureaux de Wavestone au début de votre carrière.

**Qualifications**:
**Diplômé.e d'une grande école de management ou université** avec une spécialisation RH, vous êtes jeune diplômé.e ou junior (0 à 3 ans d'expérience) avez une** première expérience RH** (cabinet de conseil RH, recrutement ou RH généraliste).
