Notre solution 100% digitale permet une vision complète de la retraite pour les salariés, entreprises et courtiers. Gedeon compte transformer ce marché avec sa plateforme ludique pour les salariés et un back office de gestion intégré.
Nous recherchons notre future pépite au poste de Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) pour renforcer les équipes sales.
**Ton rôle et tes objectifs**
Générer un maximum d'opportunités commerciales qualifiées, et alimenter les sales en RDVs.
Tu auras une approche inbound avec nos équipes growth qui t’alimenteront mais tu auras également comme objectif d’approcher et de qualifier tes propres leads.
**Tes missions**
- Analyser le marché de la retraite en entreprise
- Alimenter et mettre à jour les profils Buyers Personas
- Engager le maximum de conversations avec des décideurs pour qualifier les leads et bien comprendre leurs besoins (call, mail, LinkedIn, salons et events )
- Traiter les demandes entrantes
- Collaborer avec les équipes growth pour tester et valider de nouvelles sources de prospection
- Nourrir le CRM et veiller au bon suivi des leads
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de notre démarche commerciale
**Ton profil**
- Tu as une appétence forte pour l’acquisition
- Tu sais faire parler tes interlocuteurs et les mettre en confiance
- Organisation et rigueur sont tes maîtres mots
- Tu as une appétence pour le monde du digital
- Tu as déjà utilisé un CRM
- Tu as idéalement 6 mois d’expérience dans une équipe BDR en B2B

**Le processus de recrutement**
- Appel d’introduction (15-20 min)
- Entretien physique avec ta futur manager + Cas pratique (1h)
- Entretien physique avec le Head of Sales (30 min)
