**About This Role**:
We are looking for a data-driven **Claims & Fraud Processes Team Lead / Business Operations Team Lead,** who will be responsible for a team of Operations Assistants who are in charge of the Claims submissions for our Cashback Users and the Fraud Detection Team for iGraal FR, DE, ES and Shoop. Integrated in the Retailer Compliance Team you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:

- Monitoring and optimization of the overall Claims process for all implied stakeholders (Claims submission, retrieval of results & communication to Customer Support Team)
- Monitoring and Analysis of the Claims treatment results
- Set up of new reportings if required
- Identification of systematic problems with the Claims treatment
- Close collaboration with the Retailer Compliance Managers of all 3 Countries in order to solve problems
- Lead and guide a team of Operation Assistants for Claims based in Tunisia by creating an open and warm atmosphere, cohesion and engagement in a growth-oriented, results-driven environment
- Work closely with the Fraud Expert and her team in order to optimize the Fraud Detection
- Report to and closely collaborate with the Head of Business Operations - Retailer Compliance based in Paris

**Your Profile**:

- An excellent ability in** English**, both written and spoken,** French is a plus**:

- Strong organizational skills - ability to project manage effectively, prioritize and deliver tasks on time
- A data-driven mindset - using data to improve processes and performance and ability to work efficiently with large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills - ability to help the team solve problems and being able to make decisions while providing a logical rationale
- Experience in managing people is a plus
- Navigate and effectively manage difficult conversations and challenges with tact, composure and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills: Be able to communicate in a clear, effective and engaging way
- A team player mentality
