En tant que BDR, tu intégreras l’équipe Sales de PlayPlay.
Ton objectif sera de générer et qualifier un maximum d’opportunités. Et ici, pas de prospection sauvage Nous croyons à l’importance de l’approche personnalisée pour développer des relations clients pérennes. \uD83C\uDF1F

**TES MISSIONS \uD83D\uDCAA**
**Développement de la stratégie outbound**:
- Identifier les prospects, trouver les contacts des décisionnaires.
- Appeler, qualifier et convaincre ces prospects par téléphone pour leur proposer une démo avec un Account Executive.
- Obtenir des rendez-vous pour les Sales.
- S’approprier un territoire de comptes sur lequel prospecter en binôme avec ton Account Executive.
- Effectuer un suivi de ces prospects jusqu’à la passation.
- Faire une veille sur les best practices et outils Outbound.
- Devenir expert du produit
**Suivi des opportunités**:
- Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel de tes résultats.
- Mettre à jour quotidiennement les informations dans notre CRM (Salesforce).
**TES COMPÉTENCES \uD83C\uDFAF**:
- Une première expérience en Sales (en stage ou CDI) est un plus, idéalement au sein d’une société tech/SaaS.
- Une appétence forte pour la prospection.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2 à C1).
- La maîtrise de Salesforce est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
