Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up who is committed to helping local businesses, large companies or SMEs to get closer to their customers. To do this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Clients.
Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:

Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.
Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
**\uD83C\uDFAF Get Chosen**
Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

Payments: Be able to offer online or QR code payment to customers
Click & Collect: Allow customers to buy products online and pick them up at the point of sale

Partoo is opening new markets and acquiring more and more customers in the BENELUX area. We are looking for a highly motivated CSM, Dutch native and fluent in English to help us build an amazing customer support in the area.

**YOUR MANAGER**:
**Florian **:The first to join the team, Florian transformed his internship into a permanent contract thanks to his involvement. Meticulous and dedicated, he always delivers more for his clients, for their greatest happiness. Sport is his number 1 passion (football, tennis, handball...)
**\uD83E\uDD29 Ensure the satisfaction of our customers**:
- Support our BENELUX & international clients in implementing Partoo's solutions (set-up/onboarding).
- Be the key contact for the development of our customers
- Increase the use of the products by the customers
- Demonstrate, through studies, the value and impact of Partoo on their indexing (nurturing)
- Be responsible for the support of our customers
- Integrate information about their establishments into our system.
- Ensure the proper distribution of information to our partner sites with the collaboration of our product team.
- Manage customer requests via a powerful ticketing tool (Intercom)
- Work with the International teams of Google Business Profile
- In short, make our customers happy. Their satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns

- Retain customers by ensuring their renewal
- Increase the value of the customer portfolio through additional sales
**\uD83D\uDCBB Participate in the improvement of products and processes**:
- Report bugs and feedback to the product and R&D teams
- Collaborate with developers to achieve 100% automation.
- Continuously improve processes to gain collective efficiency.
**IT'S A MATCH \uD83C\uDFAF**:
- Native Dutch or English and fluent in both language, French preferred but not mandatory
- You have good knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint.
- You have at least 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success, Account Manager, Project Manager or Consultant.
- You have demonstrated skills to convince C-Levels of organization and be an actor of change management.
