**Role Purpose**:Â Â

As our Partnerships Manager for France, you'll be the driving force behind our affiliate channel growth within the European Division. Reporting into the Partnerships Lead for Europe, you'll be supported by our divisional partnerships team and our locally based marketing teams. Based in o ur Paris office, you'll shape and execute partnership strategies that align with our ambitious divisional objectives, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to create innovative growth opportunities. Â

**Working StructureÂ**

This position offers a hybrid working model, based in our Paris office, with an expectation of three days in office. Regular travel within the French market, especially within Paris, will be required to maintain strong partner relationships and attend key industry events. You'll operate within a matrix structure in our European Division, allowing for cross-functional collaboration and professional growth. Â

**Essential Qualifications**Â
- Minimum 2 years' experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing Â
- Proven expertise with partnership management platform s (Impact, Partnerize, etc.) Â
- Fluent French and English language capabilities Â
- Experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements Â
- Strong commercial acumen with revenue generation focus Â
- Experience in monitoring and optimizing partnership performance Â
- Track record of affiliate relationship management Â
- Demonstrable ability to use Tableau, Looker, Affiliate platforms or Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making Â

 **The Role - What you will do:Â**Â

Your role focusses on three key pillars of partnership excellence. First, you'll lead our strategic partnership development, identifying and nurturing relationships with high-potential affiliates while creating bespoke engagement strategies. This includes designing innovative commission structures and developing specialized marketing campaigns for VIP affiliates. Â

Third, you'll collaborate with our local teams to shape and execute marketing initiatives through our affiliate channel. This involves suggesting new opportunities for affiliate engagement, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP partners. Throughout these responsibilities, you'll enjoy significant autonomy to design and implement new partnership opportunities that drive channel growth. Â

**The Role - A Day in the Life**Â**

Mid-morning often involves strategic collaboration. You might join the Head of Sales and Premium Client teams to discuss identif ied opportunities within their networks. These conversations could flow into planning sessions with the local marketing team, where you'll align affiliate activities with broader campaign objectives. Â

Afternoons could see you conducting a quarterly review with a top-performing affiliate, exploring new promotional opportunities and sharing market insights. Following this, you might work with the compliance department to review and approve new affiliate creative materials, ensuring they meet our regulatory standards. Â
