In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.
Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).
Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. ManoMano brings to a highly technical world the power of its sector expertise, combined with that of data and digital in all its dimensions, to offer our customers easy access to innovative advice, products and services 100% online.

**Context**
Within the Strategic acquisition & Affiliation team, in the performance marketing & SEO department, you will be responsible **for the Manomano affiliate & partnership program across all our markets**.

**Main missions**
**1- Strategy and growth plan**
- Define and deploy the affiliation strategy, in line with the global marketing strategy and profitability targets and guarantee the reach of our affiliation targets in each country (prio : FR, IT, DE).
- Design and deploy, with a “Test & Learn approach”, new growth levers and sales tactics to optimize activation rate of your channels, and build scalable and automatised systems
- Work closely with internal teams across Marketing (Performance Mktg, App, others), Sellers and FT/Tech/tracking teams to maximize business impact.
**2- Partners recruitment and foster relationship**
- Enrich, animate and build loyalty with our network of >2000 affiliates and local partners
- Leverage on industry benchmarks and competitive analysis to optimize our affiliate program
- Foster and maintain strong relationship with our partner Awin ensuring mutual success and alignment with manomano's objectives and vision
**3- Budget and performance monitoring**
- Manage the 7-digit affiliation budget (by COS steering) against defined growth and ROI targets
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on the success of the affiliate program.
**Preferred experience**
- Bac +5 graduated from an Engineering School / Business School / other (or equivalent university education).
- Minimum of 3 years of traffic, performance marketing and/or affiliation experience
- Strong sales background and business sens
- Experienced at working with external partners (like agencies), with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders
- Data driven / Excellent analytical mindset fo find meanings.
- Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment).
- Creative / Innovative.
- Curious, open-minded and willing to learn.
- Audacious, ingenious and ready to take risks and test in order to solve complicated issues.
- Fluent in French and english. German speaker is a real plus
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
