Nous sommes **PocketCamp**, une entreprise qui a pour ambition de **révolutionner les vacances** en proposant des solutions innovantes pour les établissements touristiques et les vacanciers.
**Descriptif du poste**:
Le succès de la relation client est essentiel à la réussite de notre mission. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Customer Success Manager, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients et serez en charge de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs dès le premier jour d'intégration jusqu'au suivi de leur utilisation en haute saison.
**Responsabilités**:
- Assurer un support technique et projet efficace aux clients et remonter les demandes spécifiques aux développeurs pour une amélioration constante de notre solution
- Surveiller le taux d'utilisation des fonctionnalités et proposer des améliorations
- Faire des bilans de fin de saison avec les clients
- Faire une veille concurrentielle et du secteur pour proposer des solutions innovantes

**Profil recherché**:
- Vous avez le **soucis de la satisfaction client** : en un mot vous aimez a-i-d-e-r les autres, vous rendre utile
- Vous avez de **solides compétences rédactionnelles** et une excellente maîtrise de l'orthographe
- Vous **avez une super énergie positive**:
- Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone et êtes capable de communiquer avec les clients avec aisance
**Le plus**:
Avoir déjà fait du camping (mais c'est vraiment pas décisif )
**Déroulement des entretiens**:
- Une première prise de contact de 15min par téléphone
- Un entretien sur site avec les fondateurs avec mises en situation
