Job Function: Sales Why SoftwareONE?:
The role:
As the Sales Director at SoftwareONE, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in France.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in France
- Lead the sales team and provide guidance and coaching to ensure individual and team success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Manage sales budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What we need to see from you:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the software industry
- Strong knowledge of software portfolio management and cloud solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel as needed
