**MISSIONS**:
Contribuer quotidiennement à établir un lien de confiance avec notre clientèle,
Gérer les commandes en ligne, leurs modifications, leurs envois ainsi que leurs suivis.
Solutionner efficacement les réclamations clients, en lien direct avec nos transporteurs, notre équipe d’envoi et notre atelier

**Profil recherché**:
**PROFIL**:
D'un naturel empathique, vous avez à cœur de répondre aux différentes demandes de clients exigeants.
Vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone,
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais (écrit et oral)
Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (français et anglais)
Vous êtes motivé(e), fiable et rigoureux(se).
La pratique d’une troisième langue est une plus.
