Lead Technique Microsoft BI H/F

Intégré(e) au Centre d'Expertise Data en qualité de lead technique, acteur de la production des projets confiés par nos clients, vous serez le garant du bon déroulement technique des projets autour des solutions BI Microsoft. Vous partagez en coordination avec le manager et l'architecte de l'équipe la responsabilité de la définition et de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie Data sur votre périmètre.
**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:
- Accompagner les équipes projet et support en apportant votre expertise sur les différents environnements techniques Microsoft
- Proposer et mettre en oeuvre les optimisations techniques et fonctionnelles pour garantir la performance, la fiabilité et la qualité attendues par nos clients
- Assurer les avant-ventes en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales : cadrer le besoin et concevoir les solutions au regard des besoins exprimés par nos clients / prospects, élaborer la réponse technique aux cahiers des charges et produire les démonstrations
- Contribuer à la production des projets confiés par nos clients sur les différentes phases de déploiement : ateliers de cadrage, phases d'étude et de -conception, modélisation des projets clients
- Participer aux phases de validation et de recette des projets livrés à nos clients
- Accompagner la montée en compétence des nouveaux collaborateurs du service ou de clients dans le cadre d'un transfert de compétences
