**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the European global accounts sales team.
- Build relationships to meet business requirements of senior (C-suite) decision makers.
- Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve company's sales goals.
- Monitor customer, channel partner, market and competitor activity to guide decision making of company leadership and company support functions.
- Develop and manage key customer relationships and close opportunities.
- Manage go to market strategies.
**Your Knowledge & Skills**:
- Previous successful experience leading a global sales organization.
- Previous sales leadership experience in security (preferred) or networking.
- Previous experience with both direct and indirect sales.
- Previous experience working closely with channel partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively articulate our value proposition in a clear, concise manner.
- Skilled at opening doors and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
- Demonstrated experience managing key customer relationships and negotiating/closing strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as a sales leader.
