**Tes missions**:
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, tu auras en charge la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie customer marketing pour engager et fidéliser notre communauté client. Nos clients nous sont fidèles depuis le début
Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Sales, l’équipe Customer Success, l'équipe Opérations ainsi que l'Acquisition marketing manager et le Designer graphiste rattachées à l’équipe marketing.
Dans une équipe composée de 5 personnes, tes missions principales seront:

- La mise en place et le suivi d'enquêtes de satisfaction clients, en lien avec l'équipe tech:

- vagues NPS
- enquêtes de satisfaction ciblées sur un produit ou un service
- La création et la diffusion de communications client, en lien avec les Opérations et l'équipe Customer success:

- newsletter client : nouveautés produit mensuelles, argumentaire fonctionnalités (REX, cas d'usage...)
- push in-app : parcours de nouveautés produit,...
- La création de boites à outils focus sur des nouvelles fonctionnalités, à destination de l'équipe Customer Success et en lien avec l'équipe Opérations
- L'organisation d'évènements pour animer nos communautés clients:

- Club de directions client
- Club et webinaires opérationnels clients
- La création et la diffusion de kits de communications BtoBtoC (à destination des clients de nos clients) pour les aider à animer leur propre communauté
- La création et la diffusion de contenus pour la vente de l'upsell : argumentaires commerciaux, kits BtoBtoC, contenus pour LinkedIn...

Outils utilisés : Hubspot, Wix, Appcues, LinkedIn, notion, slack

**Qualifications clés**:
Nous recherchons une personne organisée et créative avec un bon relationnel pour échanger avec l'ensemble des équipes. Un bon niveau rédactionnel et une connaissance en gestion de projet sont de vrais plus

Le poste est à pourvoir Début Octobre pour une durée mínimale de 6 mois.
