We are the #1 provider of guided bike tours & rentals in France, specialized in high quality Dutch bikes and customer experience.
As part of the development of our company and our activities, we are looking for our customer service and marketing assistant.
Tasks
You will be based at Holland Bikes' head office in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
You will be part of the Tours & Rentals team and will work with the planning and marketing teams.
- PLANNING & CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
The Planning Team is responsible for forecasting demand and managing the organization of our guided tours and rentals in France, focusing first of all on the region of Ile de France.
**Your daily tasks will be to**:
\- Collaborate with Tour Operators and Guides to forecast and plan tours and rental bookings, months in advance.
**\- Resource management**: Plan and maintain the appropriate number of guides available to ensure that all our tours are operational.
**\- Customer experience**: Contribute to our customer experience by being proactive and efficient in anticipating and solving issues that may occur.
We consider each contact with a customer as a chance to achieve our common goal. Your planning manager will be Julia, you will receive 6 weeks' training on arrival.
- MARKETING TEAM:
We are constantly adapting to the international tourism market.
Your daily tasks will be to manage our social networks, develop our blog, and manage BtoB projects to develop the German market. Your marketing manager will be Mathieu.
**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone who's creative, likes to get new things up and running, is comfortable with new technologies and enjoys photography and video. (If you know Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Canva, that's a plus) Detail-oriented and organised. And, of course, fun
You're comfortable communicating both in writing and orally with customers and partners.

This position is full-time, 35 hours a week. We work on the weekends and take days off during the week. The job is hybrid, we work at home, at the office, at our different locations, depending on the days. We are quite flexible.
