HR and Payroll Manager

The objective of this function is to lead HR processes, from the fundamentals of administration to the management of workforce and information systems by leading a team of 5 people:
All processes are managed in close collaboration with local HR managers, the GHRSS team in Singapore, and operational managers from DFS France
**Payroll and personnel administration**
- Be the contact person for PWC, our service provider
- Be the point of contact for the DFS payroll, compensation and benefits teams
- Ensure the administrative management of employees, from their arrival to their departure whatever the reason, including active life within the company
- Monitoring monthly/annual payroll processes and ensuring payroll accuracy
- Control the impact of payroll entries in accounting
**Budget** - Supervise payroll management actions - Consolidate the budget and personnel cost forecasts - Be responsible for data accuracy and cost center allocation - Work with the recruitment team on HC/FTE reports - Budget and expenses of the Human Resources Department
**Remuneration** - Lead the annual salary review process, coordination and consolidation - Develop and implement a fair, competitive and innovative salary policy - Ensure consistency of salaries with the classifications of the collective agreement - Communication and liaison with management on salary policy, annual merit review exercise. - Responsible for the monthly/annual calculation of incentives and bonuses (executives and non-executives)
**Social advantages** - Periodically review benefits to align and update with company guidelines and the market benchmark. - Check the tax impact of any changes in legislation or new benefits **Management of international mobility** - Responsible for managing the French and foreign mobility program, policy and liaison with the immigration, tax and relocation provider and with the internal talent management team. - Advise on proposing packages for new assignments - Responsible for tracking costs and possible location.
**Reports** - Responsible for all LVMH reports - Create all HR dashboards for store requests - Construct, consolidate and analyze salary surveys - Consolidate monthly payroll report, benefits report, sales commission report - Consolidate overtime, annual leave, sick leave and all other leave reports and analyze the impact on staff costs - Build and monitor the HC/FTE ratio and work with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the right balance of HC/FTE level in the store for business efficiency
**HRIS** - Be the main contact for DFS HRIS managers - Be the main reference for local HRIS maintenance - Ensure modifications and improvements to tools - Be the HRIS administrator and Help Desk for HR Information Systems at DFS France
Initial training such as business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
Work experience More than 10 years in HR Administration / C&B and generalist
- Fluency in English ans French essential
- Managerial skills (5 people)
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing in a
multicultural environment (Asian, American, European, Middle East)
- Strong process thinking, initiative
