**Your Role at Echo**

As Customer Success Manager, you will be joining the Account Management and Customer Success Team. This role is key as you will have the opportunity to help us provide the best customer experience and this by coming in at the early stage.

You will be joining our Senior Customer Success Manager and be the second addition to the team.

Your main challenges will be to onboard and understand client's needs to ensure retention and generate new upsells. As part of the CSM team, you will be the voice of our customers with the different teams internally (Product, Marketing ) and the main point of contact for international clients.

This is a huge opportunity to participate actively in the company's growth and to learn a lot at an early stage of your career

**As such, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Synchronize with different departments for product delivery
- Service the day-to-day requests
- Help clients utilize our product to its fullest potential
- Collaborate closely with Product/Marketing/Tech departments to communicate client feedback and help drive our roadmap

**What we’re looking for**:

- 1+ year of relevant experience in a CSM or AM role
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Will to develop sales skills and eager to learn from clients and colleagues
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Great communication skills, oral and written
- Interest about data and the tech world
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience with Hubspot and JIRA is a plus
