Kantar Media Audiences (KMA) recrute un Ingénieur(e) Support Cloud pour son équipe Mesure d’Audience basée à Rennes.

Le marché de la mesure d’audience est en pleine mutation : la télévision et la radio ne sont plus du tout les seuls vecteurs de diffusion de contenus audio-visuels.

Pour mesure cette audience hors télévision et radio, Kantar Media Audience a développé une ligne de produits pour mesurer la consommation de contenus audio-visuels sur Internet, que cela soit à partir de terminaux mobiles (smartphones, tablettes), fixes (PC ou Mac) ou d’équipements connectés (STB, console de jeux,).

Ces produits utilisent différentes technologies développées dans le groupe Kantar (tagging, audio matching, watermarking, capture réseau).

L’équipe Video Meters composée d’une dizaine de personnes basées à Rennes maintient cette ligne de produits et conçoit de nouvelles solutions pour s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution (nouveaux usages, nouveaux moyens de consommation, nouveaux terminaux, nouvelles règles de sécurité ou de protection de la vie privée)

Vos missions en tant qu’Ingénieur(e) Support Cloud seront les suivantes:

- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents complexes ainsi que les demandes transmis par les collègues d’assistance N1,
- Intervenir sur les problématiques techniques en mobilisant son expertise réseaux (LAN), cloud et liée au développement web
- Assurer le suivi de la prise en charge des incidents via la solution de ticketing de l’entreprise
- Faire remonter les problèmes non résolus et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de développement
- Fournir un soutien commercial en avant-vente en réalisant des démonstrations techniques
- Former et conseiller les ingénieurs locaux de 1er niveau dans les pays qui vous sont attribués
- Effectuer une veille technique régulière sur les produits et services Kantar, se former aux évolutions et contribuer aux essais de nouveaux produits
- Dans le cadre de ce poste, il est possible d'intégrer un pool d'astreinte.

Et vous ?
- Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac +5 en informatique.
- Depuis, Vous avez acquis au moins 5 années d’expérience sur du support technique dans un contexte international et idéalement dans un secteur similaire.
- Vos compétences techniques ne se limitent pas à un domaine. Et oui, la transversalité, ça vous connait : réseaux locaux, cloud, ou même un vernis sur les technologies de développement web. Vous êtes polyvalent(e)
- Et à cela, s’ajoute votre curiosité autour de l’écosystème DevOps qui est un plus indéniable
- Votre expertise associ
- e à votre sens relationnel vous permet d’intervenir aisément sur des sujets plus étendus. Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) et pédagogue.
- Par le passé, votre résistance au stress a déjà été éprouvée. Vous appréciez les environnements exigeants car stimulants.
- Votre ouverture à d’autres cultures est une qualité nécessaire pour réussir dans ce poste.
- Vous échangez au quotidien avec vos collègues présents à l’international. So, it’s mandatory to speak english very well. You’re fluent aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
