Vendor Sustainability Manager W/m

Directement rattaché(e) au Senior Manager, Vendor Sustainability, vous avez pour objectif principal de mettre en œuvre le programme Amer Sports Vendor Social Labor (VSL) afin de réduire les risques de la supply chain et de générer des impacts sociaux positifs et d'aider à la mise en place du Code de conduite FLA (Fair Labor Association) sur le lieu de travail, les principes de Conditions de Travail Equitables ainsi que le Sourcing Responsable sur l’ensemble de la chaine logistique d’Amer Sports.
**A cette fin, en tant que membre clé de l’Equipe Supply Chain - Global Sourcing d'Amer Sports, vous aurez pour missions de**:
- Vous assurer que les fournisseurs corrigent toutes les non-conformités dans le respect des délais et qu'ils comprennent la Politique Ethique d’Amer Sports pilotée via le programme VSL
- Réaliser des formations pré-audits auprès des fournisseurs et des auditeurs concernant le programme d’audit social, avec un focus sur les produits ”hardgoods” (matériel de ski/snowboard) et les fournisseurs de composants
- Planifier les audits sociaux dans le cadre du programme VSL
- Réviser les rapports d’audit afin d’en garantir la qualité
- Conduire les visites de debriefing et accompagner les fournisseurs dans la création de plans d’actions correctives (PAC) concernant les non-conformités
- Mener les audits à blanc auprès des fournisseurs afin d’assurer une bonne qualité d’audit
- Maintenir la base de données d’audits et réaliser le suivi des plans d’actions
- Traiter les plaintes sociales selon la procédure de doléances d’Amer Sports
- Collecter les salaires de subsistance et créer un tableau de bord des salaires appliqués chez les fournisseurs
- Analyser la conformité des données et proposer des actions d’amélioration

**Qualifications**
**Expériences requises**:
- ** Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la conduite de programmes de conformité sociale du travail**
- ** Connaissance indispensable des conditions sociales et règles de travail, en particulier dans l’univers industriel / usines de production**
- Expérience en tant qu’auditeur fortement souhaitée
**Formation**:
- BAC+5 Administration des entreprises ou Ressources humaines ou QHSE/développement durable, ou toute autre formation équivalente
Ou
- BAC+3 avec une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la conformité sociale
**Langue(s) étrangère(s)**:
- Anglais courant obligatoire
- Le français est un plus
**Compétences informatiques**:
- Connaissances et compétences avancées sur Microsoft Office
