Ironhack France est un organisme de formation aux métiers du numérique reconnu, nous avons plus de 1500 diplômés en France et 600 entreprises partenaires. Nous recherchons un Business Development Representative en freelance pour mener la stratégie de vente de notre branche Alternance auprès des entreprises.

**#Responsabilités**

**Outbound**
- Garant du bon fonctionnement des automatisations de notre machine outbound (Mantiks + Pipedrive)
- Cold calling des nouvelles opportunités

**Qualifier, Pitcher & Envoyer des profils**
- Lors de calls d’introduction:

- Qualifier les besoins d’entreprise en terme d’alternants
- Présenter les modalités d’alternance chez Ironhack aux entreprises
- Envoyer des profils correspondant aux besoins des entreprises
- Follow-up suite à ces envois

**Conclusion des deals**
- Faire le lien avec notre partenaire, le CFA pour établir une proposition commerciale pour un recrutement
- Négocier le reste à charge des entreprises si nécessaire
- S’assurer de la bonne signature du contrat entre Alternant.e, entreprise et CFA

**#Pré-requis**
- Vous justifiez d’au moins un an d’expérience en Sales
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils et pratiques outbound comme Pipedrive
- Vous disposez de qualités de communication, présentation et synthèse
- Vous êtes empathique et connectez facilement avec les gens
- Vous êtes souriant.e et un.e collègue agréable :)
