AbbVie France is recruiting an **ACE** **project manager Apprentice.** The position is to be filled from **September 202** 4** for the duration of **12 months.
Reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, the ACE project manager will participate in the structuring and deployment of Abbvie France ’s A dvanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
The main activities will be:
- Support the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey (communication, events, materials )
- Definition of the Advanced Customer Experience roadmap & operating model ( governance, processes, capabilities, competencies )
- Coordination of internal teams ( business questions / workshops, bidding process, interaction with start-ups, project roll - out, KPI reporting )
- Animation of an internal community of experts Take part to the overall animation of the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
