**Contexte**:
Dans ce cadre de développement, nous recherchons 1 Service Delivery Manager H/F en CDI pour rejoindre Noveo et intervenir directement chez l’un de nos clients pour une mission longue.
Notre client est une grande société européenne du secteur du Retail.

**Vos missions**:
Vos principales responsabilités sont:

- Engagement T&M et gestion des résultats:
Garantir l'engagement contractuel en termes de résultats, de qualité de service et de respect des accords de niveau de service.
Veiller à ce que le service réponde aux attentes et aux besoins du client.
- Gestion contractuelle et financière:
Superviser la gestion financière du contrat, y compris le suivi des coûts, l'établissement du budget et la facturation.
Garantir la rentabilité et la performance économique du service.
- Gestionnaire de la transition:
Superviser et coordonner la phase de transition du service, en assurant un transfert efficace des responsabilités à l'équipe de gestion des installations.
Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de transition, en assurant la continuité des services.
- Coordination de l'équipe:
Travailler avec les responsables des opérations/le responsable de la transformation, le bureau de la cybersécurité et le responsable de la qualité pour veiller à ce que le service soit fourni de manière harmonieuse et efficace.
- Gestion des relations avec les clients:
Agir en tant que principal point de contact du client pour toutes les questions relatives aux services d'externalisation.
Comprendre les besoins des clients, anticiper leurs attentes et veiller à leur satisfaction.
Gestion des accords de niveau de service (SLA) et des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI):
Définir et surveiller les indicateurs de performance (SLA, KPI) afin de garantir le respect des engagements contractuels.
- Amélioration continue:
Mettre en oeuvre des processus d'amélioration continue afin d'optimiser les services et les processus de support.
- Gestion de crise:
Coordonner la gestion des situations de crise et la mise en oeuvre des plans de continuité des activités.
Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans la gestion de crise (partenaires, éditeur, etc.).
- Préparer, maintenir et produire des rapports pour les différents comités.
- Gérer contractuellement et financièrement des projets supplémentaires (N3 - sur demande).

Profil recherché

**Profil recherché**:
De formation École d’Ingénieur, avec une expérience de minimum 5 années en tant que Service Delivery Manager H/F, vous recherchez un CDI dans une structure dynamique ? **Alors ce poste est fait pour VOUS **

Anglais courant indispensable.
Certification ITIL
Poste basé dans le 77 : être sur site client 1 à 2 jours par semaine - télétravail reste du temps.
Salaire 55-60K€ brut annuel + Titres restaurant de 11€ par jour travaillé pris en charge à 50% + Transports en commun pris en charge à 50% + Mutuelle Alan prise en charge à 50% + 10 jours de RTT (contrat de 39H).
