Pour accompagner nos équipes, nous recrutons notre prochain stagiaire Customer Success Management F/H au sein de notre siège à Paris (19ème).

**Ton objectif**: En tant que stagiaire Customer Success Manager (CSM), tu répondras aux demandes de nos clients et identifiera de nouvelles opportunités de développer leurs satisfactions.

**>> TES FUTURES MISSIONS**

**Tu seras le contact privilégié de nos clients**, tu réponds à leurs questions en traitant les demandes entrantes : chat, mail, SAV, téléphone, réseaux sociaux etc

**Tu auras en charge la gestion des relations clients** en traitant efficacement les dossiers et les réclamations en collaboration avec les équipes logistiques et techniques : remboursement, annulation, paiement chèques vacances etc..

**Tu répondras à nos avis clients** depuis Google My Business et Trustpilot.

**Tu analyseras la satisfaction de nos clients**, depuis nos enquêtes de satisfaction ainsi que d’autres indicateurs pour identifier les points de satisfaction et les axes d'amélioration.

- Tu as développé de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Tu es parfaitement à l'aise avec les outils digitaux.
- Tu fais preuve de rigueur et d'organisation pour gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.
- Tu as un sens business et tu te sens capable d'accompagner et conseiller les clients.
- Tu as développé de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.

**>> PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:

- Tu es dans un cursus de Customer Success Management, en école de commerce ou d’ingénieur (Bac + 3 à Bac+5)
- Tu es passionné par l’univers du voyage
- Tu as déjà une expérience idéalement en solution B2B.

Possibilité d’ouverture du poste en alternance ou CDI pour la rentrée de septembre 2024.

Type d'emploi : Stage
Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Salaire : à partir de 800,00€ par mois

Programmation:

- Du lundi au vendredi
- Travail en journée
