Field & Sales Support Manager (F/H)

Descriptif du poste
- Rattaché-e à la Directrice Commerciale, vous êtes l'interface commerciale entre les magasins (dans lesquels nos marques sont référencées), la société extérieure en charge du merchandising, le service client Cosnova.
Interlocuteur direct et privilégié des chefs de rayon, votre mission consiste à assurer la bonne exécution de nos objectifs commerciaux
- anticiper et solutionner tous les problèmes rencontrés au quotidien dans les points de vente,
- en faire la synthèse pour votre manager,
- analyser les KPI's de vos magasins et recommander des actions correctives.
Les sujets à traiter peuvent être de 3 natures différentes:
1. Logistiques : commandes - livraison (environ 20% de l'activité)
- Connaissance fine des outils de commande de nos clients
- Tracking des entrées de commandes, des anomalies de commande et/ou de livraison
- Recherche de solutions
2. Vie de nos marques en magasins: stock - nouveautés - meuble - produits obsolètes. (environ 30% de l'activité)
- Etablir une relation de confiance avec les chefs de rayon.
- Diagnostiquer quotidiennement l'état des magasins dans le but de remonter les informations afin qu'elles soient solutionnées rapidement.
- Soutenir les points de vente dans leur activité quotidienne : depuis les livraisons quotidiennes, l'ouverture de nouveaux points de vente, le contrôle des assortiments, le suivi des changements d'assortiments, les changements des mobiliers lorsque nécessaire...
- Anticiper les changements de cycle d'assortiment.
3. Suivi merchandising: planning de visite, qualité des actions (environ 30% de l'activité)
- Coordonner et contrôler la société partenaire en merchandising : vérification des photos magasins, du planning, des remplacements, de la facturation.
- Animer la réunion de bilan mensuel avec la société merchandising.
- Optimiser les outils de formation des merchandisers.
- Mettre en place, suivre et analyser mensuellement les KPI'S.
- Recommander les plans d'actions.
4. Analyse des KPI's, Synthèse et recommandation d'améliorations (environ 20% de l'activité)
- Utilisation des outils de suivi, optimisation de ces outils
Profil recherché
- Qui êtes-vous
Vous avez validé une formation commerciale au minimum de type Bac+2
Vous connaissez le métier de commercial terrain en GMS (expérience mini 18 mois)
Vous souhaitez évoluer sur des fonctions supports et de développement des ventes
Vous avez l'esprit entrepreneur et souhaitez évoluer rapidement

Etre orienté client, aimer le contact commercial, aimer convaincre et négocier quand cela est nécessaire
Avoir de bonnes capacités d'analyse, une affinité avec les chiffres,
Savoir proposer des recommandations et des optimisations de process.
Bon niveau Excel, connaissance de SAP.
Niveau d'anglais correct, l'allemand est un plus.
