Devenez Regional Head of IT (H/F) en CDI chez HARTMANN au sein de notre siège social situé à Chatenois (67)

Rattaché(e) au CFO de Paul HARTMANN France, et en collaboration étroite avec le CIO Groupe, vous pilotez l'équipe IT France et coordonnez les équipes IT basées en Suisse, en Autriche et en Asie. Vous mettez en place des partenariats de proximité et de confiance avec les filiales et sites répartis sur la région afin de favoriser le déploiement de la stratégie globale IT du groupe.

Votre périmètre d'intervention en trois axes:

- La gestion des opérations garantissant le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure IT globale, sur la région en responsabilité
- Le pilotage des Services d’ingénierie de outils/produits digitaux pour les solutions / plates-formes digitales clés du groupe.

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Manager hiérarchiquement l’équipe IT France (répartie en 2 pôles : 1 Pôle Application / 1 Pôle Infrastructure) et fonctionnellement les équipes IT localisées en Suisse, en Autriche, en Asie.
- Conduire le déploiement de la stratégie globale IT sur la région en responsabilité, assurer les retours d’informations de la région vers le groupe (enrichissement des processus de la stratégie globale IT, recommandations, propositions...)
- Assurer la livraison des projets informatiques phares dans la région dans le respect du budget, des délais et de la qualité définis et attendus
- Définir et piloter le budget IT de la région ainsi que des ressources dédiées
- Déployer / faire appliquer le processus de management du portefeuille de projets IT de la région ainsi que le processus de demandes pour la région
- Assurer un rôle de conseil et de support aux métiers et aux DGs de la région
- Participer activement au recrutement et à la montée en compétences des fonctions clés en local

Idéalement, vous présentez une expérience de 5 ans ou plus dans une fonction d'encadrement d’équipe IT, au sein d'un groupe d'envergure internationale et d’organisations matricielles.

Vous disposez d’un anglais courant. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos facultés à communiquer et à collaborer dans un environnement multiculturel. Vous montrez des facilités pour la conduite de projets et la conduite du changement. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de négociation, de gestion de contrats et de budgets.

Dynamique, vous avez une approche orientée « solutions » et êtes à l’aise avec la prise de décision. Enfin, votre leadership s’illustre à travers vos capacités à construire et à motiver, en management hiérarchique comme en fonctionnel.
